light moving

it is clearly getting colder when the cat is choosing to be inside on the couch while still daylight out.

the light now fills our kitchen all afternoon.

and the mountains are turning green to golden.

and I find myself craving roasted root vegetables, warm pastas and hot, spicy tea.
